Clonmel Antiques, Vintage & Collectables Fair

Taking place at the Talbot Hotel, Clonmel, Tipperary, the fair will feature traders from near and far, offering everything from antique and vintage jewellery to medals and militaria, along with all manner of items for the home – from kitsch kitchenalia and timeless tea sets to nostalgic novelties, alongside collectables from coins and other numismatics to postcards from the past, not to mention books, plus countless curios that defy categorisation!
🎟️ Admission to the fair is €3.50 – or you can text ADD to 085 862 9007 to receive a reminder and a €1 discount by text before each fair. Under-16s enter free but must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
With thousands of items, all brought to you by traders from across Ireland, there will genuinely be something to suit all tastes, interests and budgets.
🏨 The hotel provides ample parking and is also right beside the bus stop for Poppyfield Retail Park where the CL1 runs regularly.
In addition to Sunday lunch in the hotel’s warm and friendly Bar & Bistro, you might like to treat someone to Afternoon Tea by phoning the hotel in advance on (052) 618 8700 to enquire about booking. Afternoon Tea can be made coeliac-friendly and/or vegetarian upon request – and there’s even the option to add in some bubbly 🍾 if you wish! It does have to be pre-booked though, so make sure you call at least a day or two beforehand.
🛎️🛍️ We’re genuinely excited to be coming to Tipperary for the first time, and it’s been a pleasure working with hotel and getting to know them a little, so we encourage you to make a day of it and give them your custom in whatever way works for you. If you live or work locally, or indeed if you plan on staying a while, you might also like to browse the information on all the hotel’s upcoming events 🗓️, workshops and classes, which you’ll find in the lobby just opposite Reception. They host a huge number of community events, including some interesting classes or one-off talks, so it’s well worth taking a glance in case something of interest jumps out at you.
